I’ll to share a series of not-so-secret information with you about developing trends on how you can begin to use videos (if you haven’t already) as an additional tool for promoting your brand and business in 2020 and beyond.
It has been reported that the world watches over 1 billion hours of YouTube videos every day. For one thing, Video is an easy-to-digest format that gives our eyes a rest from the overabundance of textual information online. This is one of the reasons why video is has become very popular.

I was recently contacted by a global Magazine brand to do an editorial photoshoot for one of their features in Nigeria, they wanted to know if we can handle the shoot and deliver their expected outcome, I didn’t try too hard to convince them, I just sent them a video of us doing a similar shoot for another global magazine, the feedback was amazing, in their words:

My experience with the Magazine brand is an example of how videos are simplifying sales process and boosting confidence in brands. Videos have not only transformed how businesses market their product and services, but it has also transformed the way salespeople connect with prospects and convert them into paying clients.
Why should you be using videos in your sales and marketing process?

With videos being about 75% of content consumed on the internet with most of the social media platforms favouring video contents over text. You are able to communicate more information to prospect in a short time as opposed to sending them a long text proposal.

Contrary to popular belief, you don’t have to spend a fortune to start using video for the purpose of sales and marketing, the video could be as simple as collecting testimonial videos from your satisfied clients and promoting them on social media, and it could be you filming your behind the scene process for your clients to appreciate the effort you put into producing quality work or services for them.
